Mrs. Qubbaj is certified International Professional Trainer and certified board director with more than 17 years of experience in different development fields and did Business Studies.
For nine years, she served as the Head of Jordan Mission for Handicap International and as the Regional Project Manager for Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in the near east region.
She has managed a varied portfolio during her extensive career with specific focus on Disability Rights, Human Rights, Inclusive Communities Development, Democracy, Rule of Law, Peace Process, Policy Reform, CSR, Corporate Governance, Gender studies, CSOs Capacity Building and Empowerment.
Mrs. Qubbaj was one of the Report Reviewers Team for the CBM report on “Access to Social Services for Persons with Disabilities in the Middle East”. She acted as commentator during the first national conference on Disability Strategy in Jordan on assessing the second phase of the strategy, and was selected for special consultation by the World future Council to assess the Jordanian National Disability Strategy.
